Ordering
There are a number of ways you can place your order.
Mininum Orders
- Opening order 10 Diaper Bags
- Reorder 4 Diaper Bags
Please feel free to mix and match styles and colors when ordering.
When ordering any of the items sold in groups of 4 (Escape Pods,
Lunch Pak’s) please take note that one group of 4 (excluding
wrist bags) is the same value as 1 diaper bag on the order minimums.
Payment Options
Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
First time buyers must pay by credit card. Net terms acceptable
only after filling out our credit application after first few orders.
Shipping
We ship UPS ground. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please
call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification sent
to an email address by request.
Out-of stock items
Occasionally we are out of stock on certain items. Unless otherwise
requested, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items
not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items
when available.
Returns and exchanges
Fleurville will not accept any return or exchange without a Return
Authorization Number written on the return.
